km74 is a digital platform providing online betting and gaming services in Myanmar. Each person may open only one account using the same name, address, IP address, and payment method. If a second account is found — whether opened by the same or different means — km74 reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any funds inside them.

2.3 Provide Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details entered during registration must be genuine. An account opened with false information may be closed immediately, including refusal of withdrawals.

2.4 Account Security

Your username and password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party. All activity on your account — including any losses — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify km74 immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits at km74 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. Funds will be credited to your account as soon as the bank verification and checks are complete.

3.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount

• Minimum deposit — 10,000 Ks for every method.
• Minimum withdrawal — 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour of the request being submitted.

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

km74 may carry out identity verification (KYC) for withdrawals. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used; if there is a discrepancy, km74 will decide whether a change is allowed.

3.4 Myanmar Kyat Only

All payments are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. km74 will not accept requests involving any other currency.

3.5 Money Laundering and Fraud

km74 strictly prohibits any money laundering or fraudulent activity and reserves the right to report such cases to the relevant authorities. Any account involved in suspicious financial activity may be suspended while under investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

km74 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Remaining Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks (maximum) → Balance 620,000 Ks → Wagering 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Only losing bets count toward the wagering requirement; refunded bets are not included. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can only be used once per person.
• The bonus cannot be combined with any other promotion and is intended for individual use only.
• km74 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Any restrictions on games played with bonus funds may be determined by km74 at the time of the bonus review.

4.4 VIP Program

km74 has a VIP program with four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each offering a weekly cashback at the rates shown below —

• Bronze — Weekly Cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — Weekly Cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — Weekly Cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — Weekly Cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier promotions and demotions are reviewed and determined by km74 periodically, and those decisions are final.

5.1 Game Types

km74 offers a variety of games including slots, live casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, football betting, Blackjack, Crash Games, and fish shooting games. The available games may change without prior notice.

5.2 Game Continuity

5.3 Technical Errors

If incorrect amounts are paid out or funds are transferred due to a server error, software error, or network issue, such amounts are not considered valid winnings and km74 reserves the right to reclaim them.

5.4 Prevention of Collusion

km74 prohibits any form of collusion between players, including chip dumping and sharing of game information to gain an advantage. If detected, the account will be permanently closed.

6.1 km74's Limitation of Liability

km74 is not responsible for money lost while playing on the platform, money lost during downtime, or losses caused by the actions of third parties.

6.2 Service Suspension

km74 may suspend the service with short notice due to legal changes, technical maintenance, or compliance issues. In such cases, any genuine remaining balance may be requested for withdrawal.

6.3 Responsible Gaming Policy

km74 strongly supports responsible gaming and offers the tools and resources described in our Responsible Gaming policy to help users manage their play.

km74 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice for the following reasons —

• Violation of any terms set out in this agreement
• Opening an account with false information
• Bonus abuse (exploiting bonuses in an improper way)
• Activity suspected of involving fraud on the platform
• Money laundering or any illegal activity

Any genuine balance remaining at the time of suspension will be handled in accordance with the decision made within sixty days.
